The Master of Bloodlines Fruit Wines 

Bloodlines is a new brand of fruit wines proposed by Csaba Sapi (Sapi Timea Gyumolcsborok), an exceptionally talented Hungarian winemaker. 

The founder of the dynasty has always lived surrounded by tradition and learnt all about wine making from his family. The knowledge descends from generation to generation. 

While Hungary is well known for its exceptional dessert wine making, he widened his "savoir-faire" internationally too. His experience lead him to unlock the secret of high quality fruit wine making. 

He discovered wine beyond grape and started his quest to create a collection of unique flavored fruit wines of which only he knows the secret.

The true nature of Bloodlines Fruit Wines

The DNA of our distinctive fruit wines lies on a simple principle: only natural ingredients.

Every liter of "fruit blood" is extracted of 4 kilos of carefully selected fresh fruits. No artificial aroma or coloring agent is tolerated in the pure Bloodlines Fruit Wines.

 A guarantee to our high standard is artisanal making. Every process from selecting the fruits to closing the bottles is done manually by the Master and his close family only.

 Conquests

Our wines have already conquered on national and international grounds.

Csaba Sapi has originally named his notable brew after his daughter Timea. As "Sapi Timea fruitwines" the the title of "Premium Hungaricum" was granted by the Hungarian state. This title is attributed to only artisanal and remarkable products as part of the culinary patrimony of Hungary.

Since many years, "Sapi Time fruitwines" is also medalist at the world re-known Fingerlakes International Fruitwine contest. In 2019 the jury gave all podium to our wines and gave the gold, silver and bronze medals to our extraordinary fruit wines.

The Rule Of The Dynasty
